1 out of 5 starsThis review is more about the seller than the product. I am in my 70s and did not fully understand how Etsy worked. I fully acknowledge that I purchased a product that was nonreturnable. However, I reached out to the seller to see if they would be willing to make an exception, and here was the exact response I received: "That is a very selfish way to shop. Taking advantage of small businesses by buying multiple items then returning them if you don't like them? We can't resell what you return, we just have to throw it out. Not very good way to shop on line." So if you want your character attacked for buying a shower curtain and then having the gall to ask to return it, continue with this seller. If you want to be treated with respect, go elsewhere.

We do take returns. For legit reasons. Not from people who buy a bunch of items “to try” and return the items they don’t like. It’s the height of selfishness to buy and return items for no reason other than that’s the way you shop online. I was told by this lady that that’s how she does it with Amazon and Wayfair and thought she could get away with it here on Etsy. i told her that’s a selfish thing to do because in many cases the item cannot be sold as new or be sold at all anymore. it’s a loss and that’s what causes prices to go up. It wasn’t an insult. it was a statement of fact.
